Welcome to Our Community

The Summit is located in Bellevue, Washington on the desirable eastside of Lake Washington. The community consists of 202 single family homes many with sweeping views of Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish, Mt. Rainier, Seattle and beyond. 

Amenities include a newly painted and furnished Club House, Seasonal Pool, two tennis courts and a state of the art Exercise Room. Walking trails surround the community as well as several parks, one with soccer, and baseball fields are located nearby. A Guard House is located at the entrance to The Summit and security personnel assist visitors entering the community. The security personnel also provide many other services to community members. 

The Summit's demographics include a wide variety of cultures and family styles that all contribute to a diverse and interesting community.
